SHIPPING & PROCESSING: FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $100. La Via Bella ships all orders that are received by 8 p.m. (PST) on Monday through Thursday within 24 hours. Weekend orders will be shipped the following business day. Orders are shipped through UPS Standard Delivery.
TAX RATE: Residents of California will be charged 9.75% sales tax.
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY: If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, return it to us within 10 days and we will refund the cost of the item minus any shipping and processing fees. All returned items must be in the condition that they were received and in their original packaging if applicable. Furniture or any other items that were shipped directly from the manufacturer are not eligible for return. Tabletop Items will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
